Contains a Tripeptide-3 (lipolytic), a Decapeptide-2 (avoids lipid accumulation), Carnitine (lipolytic) and Plankton Extract (lipolytic).
Our line of TUNE IT boosters are products that do not contain emulsifiers; just pure active principles that are not always homogeneous. Therefore, sometimes they might have 2 colors, present micro-particles, or look biphasic (part water – part oil).
They are formulated like this for one reason: these boosters enhance the functions of the serums and moisturizers in our Urban and Recovery lines, thus we don’t add emulsifiers to these products since they are meant to be combined and not used alone. In order to be more efficient, they must be mixed with these products to offer that extra “boost” that targets individual needs.

DECAPEPTIDE-2 • Metabolizer & Fat burning • Is a synthetic peptide consisting of alanine, arginine, aspartic acid, glycine, leucine, lysine, proline, threonine and valine. Its sequency is similar to a human uncoupling protein transporting protons to the mitochondria, thus favoring lipids metabolism. It reduces the accumulation of fat in cells and promote the burning of fat within cells, resulting in decreasing the size of cells.
TRIPEPTIDE-3 • Fat burning & Energizing • Molecular active to increase the level of intracellular ATP (energy boosting) and stimulates fat burning, confirmed by glycerol release. Increases ATP levels in vitro, increases intracellular calcium in vitro, improves epidermal differentiation and shows a slimming action by activation of lipolysis.
CARNITINE • Metabolizer & Fat burning • Carnitine is a substance that exists naturally in the body and is responsible for fat metabolism. It is necessary as without it our body would not be able to “use” the accumulated fat that serves as “fuel” for normal functioning. L-Carnitine is a derivative of the essential amino acids found in proteins. Basically this substance is synthesised from lysine (essential amino acid). With the help of other amino acids, iron and vitamins such as B3, B6 and C, this substance is transported via the blood to the cellular mitochondria where energy metabolism occurs. If we lack L-Carnitine, our organism can not consume the stored fat and therefore we accumulate an excess of fat.;}i”

Remove the o-ring seal. Remove the cap of the booster, empty the entire content of the booster into the SEPAI cream or serum bottle. Stick the label enclosed on the marked area of the bottle. Shake vigorously before each use and apply onto clean, dry skin.
